GOLD CRAFT RETURN POLICY
Get your Refund within 14 Days
If a customer wishes to refund or exchange a product for any reason, s/he will receive full payments within just 14 Days.
a) How to Return an order:
Kindly follow the mentioned steps:
1- Login at www.goldcraft.com.sa
2- Select “Completed orders” from “My Account”.
3- Select “Return Item”.
4- Fill the form and please include the purpose of return.
5- Gold Craft Co. will contact the customer shortly with the status of Return Request.
b) How to Pack the item
1- Safe-wrap the item securely to make it one unified package ready for delivery.
2- Include the return form.
3- Include packing slip and any other item/material that you received with the order.
Note: It is very important that customer DOES NOT mention anywhere on the package that it contains jewelry, diamonds, or any other luxurious items, as this increases the chances of Theft.
c) Shipment and Insurance
- Shipping charges of refunded orders are to be paid by the customer.
- Gold Craft is Not responsible for any shipment charges of the refunded items.
- We recommend customers to insure their shipment.
d) Mailing Address
- The items intended to be returned should be sent to the following email address:

- The return takes approximately 4 working days to process upon receipt of the item.
- Refunds will be made using the same service mode that was used upon purchase of product.
- 5% transaction fees will be charged.
- It will take maximum of 7 days for your credit to appear after the product has been received at Gold Craft head quarters.
Note: Orders returned after the deadline will not be accepted for Refund or Exchange.
